The short version
We don't want your data and we don't collect it beyond what's needed to run your account. Your payment information never touches our servers — it's handled entirely by Stripe. The only activity data we store is what powers your leaderboard and rankings inside the app.
1. What we collect
We collect only what is strictly necessary to run your account:
- Account details: your name and email address, used to identify you and send receipts.
- Activity data: sessions completed, Mental Meters totals, streaks, and leaderboard standings. This data exists solely to power the in-app rankings and gamification features.
That's it. We do not build profiles, run analytics on your behaviour, or share your information with advertisers.
2. What we don't collect
- Payment data: all billing is processed by Stripe. Your card numbers, bank details, and billing information are never transmitted to or stored on SwimMindPro servers.
- Behavioural tracking: we do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or sell data to any third party.
- Device or location data: we do not collect device fingerprints or precise location information.
3. Leaderboards and rankings
Your in-app username and activity totals (Mental Meters, streaks, session count) are visible to other users on public leaderboards. You can review and manage your display name from your account settings at any time.
4. Payments
All subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. SwimMindPro receives only a confirmation that a payment succeeded and the associated subscription tier — nothing else. We cannot see, access, or store your payment method details.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing splash@swimmindpro.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply industry-standard practices to protect your account.
8. Children
SwimMindPro is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email or via an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
